I've been wanting to post this video I saw a long ago. It is a sick short movie showcasing three promising graffiti artists in Shanghai. It's interesting that the art of tagging is spreading into Asian countries like China and taking a slightly different role. If you watch the video, its ironic that the country with the lesser amount of political freedom allows more artistic expression.
This may be due to the fact that the nature the pieces seem to center more on the celebration of Chinese culture instead of critiques on the society (often seen in Western graffiti).

What do the subjects of these two pictures have in common? They are both delicious cupcakes disguised as something delicious thus doubling their not-so-hidden deliciousness.
Mmm.
